Industry Success

Uptime Automation has a tremendous history working on multi-million dollar projects. Here are a few examples of that success.

Our Management Personnel have been part of the reopening of a large open pit mining operation in California’s Mojave Desert. As the Site Operations Managers, our experts led a team of 20 Control Systems Engineers and Technicians to construct a vast Intellution iFix Redundant SCADA and Allen Bradley Logix 5000 Platform PLC network across 18 Buildings. Within these buildings there were proprietary process control solutions. We worked directly with the site Process Engineers and Geologists to build a system that extracted Rare Earth Minerals, milled, processed and packaged
them for sale. In addition, designed all of the
site PLC and SCADA protocols and ensured
that all employees adhered to these strict
standards..

Our staff have also worked with many major pharmaceutical manufacturers throughout their careers. Parts of the success have been in the adherence to CFR Part 11 with respect to climate control and monitoring within clean spaces. We successfully designed, engineered, built and installed many multi-workstation Iconics SCADA control systems. In addition, managing a team of engineers maintaining strict adherence to the requirements set forth in the scope defined by the client and CFR Part

Uptime Automation supports environmental remediation projects where speed, reliability, and compliance are critical. Our experience includes environmental cleanup sites, groundwater treatment systems, PFAS treatment facilities, air strippers, pump-and-treat operations, and temporary or mobile treatment systems. These demanding projects often require fast-response, custom automation solutions, and dependable controls support to keep treatment processes running and regulatory requirements on track.

Uptime Automation supports food and beverage manufacturers with reliable controls and automation solutions built to keep production moving. Our experience spans packaging lines, batching systems, conveyors, ovens, mixers, ingredient handling, utilities, and plant-wide process improvements across a wide range of manufacturing environments.

We work with many of the industry’s leading control platforms including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, and other major PLC/HMI systems, allowing us to integrate with existing equipment or modernize aging systems with minimal disruption.

From reducing downtime and improving line efficiency to upgrading controls and increasing visibility, we help food and beverage facilities stay productive, consistent, and ready for demand.

Uptime Automation understands that safety is the highest priority when working within amusement parks and ride facilities. These environments demand careful planning, thorough troubleshooting, and precise execution when upgrading controls systems or resolving operational issues.

Our team supports ride controls, conveyors, pumps, utilities, and related automation systems across a variety of platforms. Whether modernizing aging equipment or improving reliability, we focus on detailed workmanship and dependable performance so attractions operate safely and smoothly.

Uptime Automation’s experience extends across a wide range of industries where reliable controls and automation are essential to daily operations. Additional project experience includes power generation facilities, central campus heating and cooling systems, material handling operations, and other mission-critical industrial environments.

No matter the application, our focus remains the same—understanding the process, improving reliability, reducing downtime, and delivering practical automation solutions that keep operations running strong.
